Shawn’s unique style, humor and energy make him one of the most requested speakers for youth retreats, conference, revivals, public school assemblies, and seminars both here and abroad. After discerning God’s call on his life at a young age, he began to pursue a fully committed life to Christ at the age of 17. Shawn has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the Capital Bible Seminary. He is the founder and senior pastor of the New Life Community Church located in Bowie, Maryland, and is chairman of the Youth & Family Ministries Department at the Washington Bible College where he is also a professor. Shawn has over a decade of experience in ministering to young people. He is happily married to Dana Michelle and is the proud father of five children.
